Efforts to modernize Novyi Rayon Yard of Vanino Station, Far Eastern Railway have been concluded. Vanino Station is a major mainline station in Vanino urban locality of Khabarovsk Territory. Passenger trains and cargo trains loaded with alumina, lumber and coal follow through the station on the daily basis.
Specialists of R&D Company Promelectronica replaced ESSO axle counting system, which worked for more than 10 years with a modernized ESSO-M system. Now DKU Wheel sensors control section clearance on the Vanino – Kholmsk ferry crossing, where train cars are loaded on to special ferries to deliver the goods to Sakhalin Island.
Axle counting system modernization is one more example of cooperation with the Customer within the whole life cycle of the system.
Prior specialists of our company also took part in modernization of railway infrastructure of the Far Eastern Railway, namely Komsomolsk-on-Amur – Sovetskaya Gavan and Komsomolsk-on-Amur – Khabarovsk sections.
